ZaZa’s Pizzeria was established October 20th, 2011 in Denver, Colorado. We are dedicated to providing the freshest New York-style pizzas, pastas, and sandwiches, while offering a “traditionally modern” experience and atmosphere. Chef Gianpietro Di Marchi is the mastermind behind our brilliant “New York style” pizza dough, and rustic Italian pasta dishes. Centrally located in the heart of Denver near DU University, ZaZa’s is convenient for dine-in, pick-up, and even catering! We also offer delivery to DU and surrounding areas!
ZaZa’s is proud to serve only the highest quality, fresh ingredients. We make all of our dough and soft, fresh-baked Italian breads daily right here in our own kitchen! Chef Pietro's unique dough recipe not only allows us to create many delicious types of pizza, but over-stuffed, golden-brown, Artisan calzones as well! Specialty toppings include; fresh jalapeno, hand-made meatballs & Italian sausage, fresh garlic & basil and even house-marinated mushrooms, just to name a few!
With the addition of home-made Tiramisu, Ricotta Cheesecake, and Chef’s Special Mini Cannolis, there really is something for everyone here at ZaZa’s!!
